Under the European Parliament's Rules of
Procedure (Rule 117, 1,) Marina Yannakoudakis MEP, Conservative, London
has tabled a parliamentary question to The EU´s High Representative for Foreign
Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission
Catherine Ashton regarding allegations that India may be preparing to break its
moratorium on the death penalty.
